Fribourg & Treyer Vanners Mixture

Broad cut Virginia’s combined with mellow Black Cavendish. The name ‘Vanners’ refers to the drivers of horse drawn delivery carts of 18th and 19th century London. The Vanners Mixture is medium-bodied yet quite mellow on the finish.

Fribourg & Treyer Special Brown Flake

A mixture of Red, Mottled Virginia’s and Golden Carolina Flue cured Leaf, blended with small quantities of Turkish Havana and medium strength, Dark Fired Kentucky. The finished leaf composition is then allowed to infuse together for several days. The leaf infusion is divided into cakes of 10 pounds, a little Rum is added and cold pressed for several weeks during which a harmonising of flavours takes place resulting in a very slow burning, perfect Navy flake tobacco.
